Please be aware as we return to martial arts we are still subject to COVID-19 protocols and restrictions. We are running with the phased return to training as outlined in the Kickboxing England return to training plan as agreed by Sport England
and the British government.
The phased return runs from phase 0 to phase 3. We are currently at PHASE 3.
PHASE 0: exercise & gym workouts, line work, bag work, forms
PHASE 1: pad work (with PPE indoors), partner training drills
PHASE 2: pad work (no PPE indoors), sparring, clinch work, grappling
PHASE 3: competition
